bQuind selected for optimization of support processes at IVC Evidensia
The fast-growing organization IVC Evidensia has selected bQuind as a partner for their Operational Excellence initiative. Using GBTEC’s BIC tool, bQuind has modeled and mapped all relevant processes.
Following this modeling, the current processes were analyzed using Lean tools and templates. This has led to several optimization initiatives that will be implemented in the coming months. The goal of this collaboration is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support processes within IVC Evidensia, thereby supporting further growth and development.
