Modeling, analysis and optimisation of support processes

bQuind has been selected to optimize the support processes for IVC Evidensia. The fast growing organisation IVC Evidensia has selected bQuind for their Operational Excellence initiative. Using GBTEC’s BIC tool for process management, bQuind has modelled all relevant processes. After this, analysis of the current processes using Lean tools and templates has let to several process optimisation initiatives that will be conducted in the coming months.
